    Hello, I’ve done some orders and just have a question. What about renewals? How come the $18 renewal fee isn’t showing up? I’ve tried adding one product and still no sign of renewal fee. Please help!

    Just placed my first order. How come I do not see the 3 credit cards that should have been charged and it only says “billed to” one person?

      Hi Brooke,

      So happy to hear you placed your first order, you will be very pleased with the products I am sure! In terms of the 3 credit cards, it should have automatically split up your purchase and showed you the split before you confirmed.

      Unfortunately, if you entered the purchase already it may be hard to reverse the charges. You could always ask your independent consultant to call customer service on your behalf. If you can’t get a hold of your consultant, I can call for you, but I would need some more information from you, as in the order confirmation and so on.

    Hi! I just recently signed up, I placed my own order with the discounted of 35% but I’m not sure how to place an order for the people who want to order off me and not be perfered clients, I’m not sure how to place an order at full priced items ?

      Hi Megan,

      First off, congratulations on becoming an Arbonne consultant!

      There are a couple of ways you can order for your clients without giving them a discount.

      The first way is to order it under your consultant id and add the 35% back on. So you could manually do the calculations. So you add the taxes and shipping to the retail total, and that is their price.

      The second way is to create another Arbonne id client number and use that one when you are ordering without a discount.

      Lastly, you can ask the person you are ordering for to create their own client id with you as their consultant and show them how to order on their own.
